Q: What types of products do you print on?
A: We print on a wide range of garments including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos, tote bags, and more. If you have something specific in mind, just ask!
Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
DTF Printing No, you can order just one item—or as many as you like
Q: I want to design my own garment is that possible?
Indeed, our products are fully customizable, allowing you to design them as you wish

Definitely, we engage with suppliers delivering quality garments in NZ
Printing & Design
Q: What printing methods do you offer?
We offer DTF (Direct-to-Film), vinyl, screen printing, and embroidery. Each method has its own advantages depending on your design and fabric choice
Q: Which print method is best for my design?
For full-colour, detailed images we recommend DTF. For simple text or logos, vinyl and screen printing are great. Embroidery is best for a premium, long-lasting look
Q: What file formats do you accept?
High-resolution PNG, JPEG, or PDF files are preferred. Vector files give the best results. Best quality image gives best results!
Q: Can you help me with my design?
Absolutely! Our team can assist with resizing, adjustments, or even creating a custom design from scratch

Q: How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website or by completing our quote form online - quote will be priced according to the details you provide
Q: What’s the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 5–14 working days depending on the size of the order. Rush services are available
Q: Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes! We keep your designs on file for easy reprints in the future.
Q: How can I track my order?
Rest assured we will keep you updated on the progress of your order but if you’re that excited please do email us :)
Pricing & Payment
Q: How much does custom printing cost?
Cost effective we recommend DTF but pricing really depends on the garment, print method, and design size
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, the more you order, the lower the cost per item
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and online payment options
Q: Can we pay for our order at the end of production?
We accept full payment when purchasing online, however for bulk orders we do require 50% deposit to start production

Q: Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship across New Zealand (and internationally on request)
Q: Can I pick up my order locally?
We do not provide pick up services at this time, but we are open to arranging them with some flexibility. Please be aware that this is not a guaranteed service, so advanced notice is appreciated.
Q: How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery

Our prints are long-lasting and designed to handle regular wear and washes
Q: How should I wash printed clothing?
Wash inside out on a cold setting, avoid harsh detergents, and line dry where possible. This keeps your print looking fresh
