This Agreement is between Stunna Custom Prints ("Company," "we," "us," "our") and the user of this website or purchaser of our goods and services ("Customer," "you," "your"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, www.stunnacustomprints.nz, and all purchases made online or in-store at Stunna No Limits.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our associated policies (Shipping, Returns, etc.).

2. Wholesale & Plain Garment Purchases

  1. Order Process: Orders placed via our website are subject to product availability. You will receive an email confirmation to verify availability. We reserve the right to offer a suitable replacement or remove an item before issuing a final invoice.

  2. Payment: Full payment is required for plain garment orders before processing begins. Payment must be made to the account specified on the final invoice. Proof of payment (e.g., a screenshot) can be submitted to expedite order processing.

  3. Accuracy of Information: You confirm that all information provided during the purchasing process is true and correct.

  4. Faulty Items: If an item is deemed faulty, we will offer an exchange. If an exchange is not possible due to unavailability, a full refund will be issued.

  5. Availability & Shipping: Product availability is subject to change. Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your final quote.

3. Pre-Orders

Products listed as "Pre-Order" are subject to specific timelines and conditions that may change. By purchasing a pre-order item, you accept that we reserve the right to amend, edit, or replace product details at any time.

4. Products, Pricing, and Currency

  1. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Shipping prices may vary.

  2. While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to amend, remove products, or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice.

  3. We may cancel or amend an order after a quote has been sent, at which point you will have the option to accept the amended quote or cancel the order.

5. Custom Work

  1. Quotation: All custom work requires the submission of a quote form. We will contact you to discuss details before providing a final quote for your approval.

  2. Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total quoted amount is required before we proceed with the following stages: sourcing garments, creating design mockups, and production.

6. Turnaround Timeframes

  1. Standard Orders: Turnaround is typically 5-14 working days from receipt of full payment or deposit.

  2. Bulk & Custom Orders: Larger orders may exceed 14 working days. A specific timeline will be confirmed during the consultation process.

7. Rush Orders

Orders requiring completion within 3-5 working days are classified as Rush Orders. Feasibility is subject to our production capacity, and a rush fee will be applied and detailed on your quote.

8. User Acknowledgements

By using our site, you acknowledge and agree that you will not:

  • Use our site for any unlawful purpose.

  • Submit false or misleading information or attempt to hack our systems.

  • Copy, reproduce, or use our trademarks, our brand names, or product designs without express written permission.

  • Engage in any abusive, discriminatory, or harassing behavior towards other users or our staff.

  • Violate the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party.

We reserve the right to:

  • Amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Use communications and reviews for our benefit (e.g., marketing).

  • Terminate your access to our services if you fail to comply with these terms.

9. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions and discounts are for online use only unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to amend, cancel, or remove any promotion at any time. Giveaways are subject to specific terms and conditions announced at the time of the promotion.

11. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Please refer to our separate Returns and Exchange Policy. Conditions must be met for a return, exchange, or refund. Goods must be received by us within 14 days (NZ) or 30 days (Australia) of delivery.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Stunna Custom Prints, including our staff and affiliates, will not be liable for any loss, injury, claim, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of our site, services, or products.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may remove or cancel the service at any time without notice.
