How to initiate a returns/exchange
To request a return or exchange, please email us at prints@stunnanolimits.co.nzÂ
Include the following in your email:
Your full name
Order number or job name
Reason for return/exchange
How you’d like us to help (e.g., refund, size exchange, store credit)
We’ll get back to you promptly with next steps.
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
In original, unworn condition with all tags attached
Free of damage, stains, or alterations
Returned within 14 working days of delivery
Refunds/Replacements
Full refunds or replacements are offered when:
An item is faulty
We made an error with your custom order (if you decide to keep the item, a 50% refund applies)
An exchange item is out of stock (plain garments only)
You received an incorrect item (must be returned in original condition)
Shipping Returns
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error. For faulty items, return shipping costs will be refunded once the item is received and approved. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.
